Course Objectives and Summary
The Wonderware System Platform Part 1 course is a 3-day, instructor-led class that is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of Wonderware's ArchestrA® enabled software. The purpose is to provide the knowledge necessary to develop and support applications for the System Platform Part 1 with the Wonderware Application Server. The course discusses key concepts to enable you to develop a project beginning with a plant model hierarchy that matches the physical layout and processes of your actual plant. The course utilises a number of hands-on labs to reinforce concepts and features.
This course is a required part of the FS A² product launch plan to effectively promote and support Industrial Application Server.
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
Understand the ArchestrA technology and how it is applicable to their plant floor environment
Become familiar with developing objects, templates and applications using the Industrial Application Server's Integrated Development Environment (IDE)
To troubleshoot their Industrial Application Server applications in a standalone and networked environment
