The Industrial Application Server workshop is an instructor led course designed to teach the basic functionality of Wonderware's first ArchestrA-enabled release. The purpose is to give Wonderware customers the overview knowledge necessary to decide whether Industrial Application Server will be applicable for their applications. The course utilises a number of hands-on labs to reinforce concepts and features.
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:

Understand the ArchestrA technology and how it is applicable to their plant floor environment
Become familiar with developing objects, templates and applications using the Industrial Application Server's Integrated Development Environment (IDE)

Concept of Instances, Templates and Containment
Interaction and Integration with other FactorySuite products
Extending the Objects through Scripting, UDAs, Object Reuse and Extensions

Pre-requiites

Basic knowledge of InTouch
Manufacturing industry experience

Engineers and plant-floor managers, system administrators, system integrators, system specifiers and other individuals who need to use the Industrial Application Server in their manufacturing environment.
