Equipment Operations Module 2 days - £800+VAT
Course Overview & Objectives
The Equipment Operations Module course is a 2-day, instructor-led class that provides you with a fundamental understanding of the Wonderware® Equipment Operations Module. The Equipment Operations Module works in conjunction with the Wonderware System Platform to provide formula management capabilities and real-time production events collection to an ArchestA® application. The Equipment Operations Module includes the Production Events Module and the new Formula Management Module. You can use the Formula Management Module to add fixed procedure formula management to a Wonderware Application Server application, including the ability to create, load, edit, and download formulas within the ArchestrA environment to other objects or external devices. You can use the Production Events Module to capture and record information about production events in the context of the logical plant model. You can monitor, report, and analyze production data related to genealogy of materials (lots, batches, or serial numbers), equipment usage, personnel associated with production activities, and other relevant production events.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
• Install the Equipment Operations Module
• Add Equipment Operations Module objects to an existing plant model
• Create formula templates and formulas
• Configure the Formula Management Module object to load formula template parameters, connect the parameters to attributes in the Galaxy, and log formula-related production events
• Configure the Production Events Module objects to trigger and collect production-specific data when a production event occurs
• Use and test the Equipment Operations Module objects in runtime
• Access production data reports in Wonderware Information Server (formerly known as SuiteVoyager™)
